They are sensitive to frost and prefer temperatures above 65°F (18°C). They need well-draining soil with a pH between 6.0 and 6.8. Consistent moisture is important, but avoid overwatering, which can lead to root rot. Ghost pepper plants can grow quite tall and may need support as they mature.
